Welcoming Chad Gifford
I am excited to announce Chad Gifford joining the Aurora Financial Strategies team!
Chad is a Kokomo native with experience as a financial advisor and will fit in extremely well with the culture we have created at AFS. Having known Chad personally over the last several years through Y’s Men, the Kokomo Country Club, and other community activities, I can say with confidence that we will be a better team with Chad on board.
So often, our industry can be reduced to numbers or sales quotas that do not properly incentivize advisors to act in the best interest of their clients. At Aurora, we do not believe one solution works for everyone, and our advisors should have the ability to communicate a solution that aligns with the values of the client. Our team is committed to giving Chad the tools and resources he needs to ensure both existing clients and any new families that engage our team receive the same high-quality standard of service and care that many have come to expect with Aurora Financial Strategies.
To this point, Chad has been able to grow a practice to this point in an exceedingly difficult industry to start from scratch. We believe giving him additional support in financial planning, asset management, and back-office tasks will allow him to continue to develop more relationships with families that would greatly benefit from his advice. Being knowledgeable in concepts that improve financial lives is important, but the ability to effectively communicate those strategies in a way in which our clients can put the plan into action is vital. I do believe that Chad has the ability to communicate fairly complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand and will be a calming presence to help he and his clients get to the issues that are important for their financial futures.
The Future of Aurora Financial Strategies
As the President of this firm, to put it bluntly, I am excited for the future! Since starting the firm in 2016, we have grown rapidly. This is a testament to our clients and other members of the community who have enjoyed the services we provide and have shared their experiences with others. We are not the firm we are today without the strong referral network we have received from so many. Realizing that how we have grown to this point has been genuinely exciting. It is also apparent that due to the sheer number of hours in a day, this cannot be duplicated without additions to the team. As we have continued to grow, Aurora Financial Strategies has always made a commitment to increasing the number of employees, and advisors and continuing to utilize innovative technology to continue to give our clients the experience they deserve without sacrificing relationships with others. Chad is a continuation of those principles, and his knowledge and previous history allow us to continue our reach in fulfilling our mission: “Helping our community, clients, family, and friends create the life of their dreams- free from anxiety and stress about money.” Adding quality members to our team allows us as a firm to raise the bar in how we service our clients and fulfill that mission.
